REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 5th July 2026

Note: Because digital goods are consumed differently than physical products, SG Consultancy has a strict evaluation process for refunds.

1. Eligibility for Refunds You are eligible to request a refund for a purchased digital course only if you meet the following conditions:

  • The refund request is initiated within 7 days of the original purchase date.

  • You have viewed or consumed less than 25% of the course content.

  • The request does not apply to live masterclasses or one-on-one consulting sessions that have already been attended.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Courses where more than 25% of the material has been accessed or downloaded.

  • Subscription renewals (unless cancelled prior to the billing date).

  • Bundled course packages where any single course has been fully consumed.

3. Refund Process & Timeline To request a refund, email [sgconsultancypune@gmail.com] with your Order ID, Payment ID (provided by Razorpay), and the reason for the request.

  • We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.

  • Once approved, the refund will be initiated immediately on our end.

  • The credited amount will reflect in your original payment source (bank account, credit card, or UPI) within 5 to 7 business days, strictly in accordance with Razorpay’s settlement cycles.
