SG Consultancy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of unauthorised sharing or fraudulent activity.

2. Intellectual Property Rights All course materials, videos, PDFs, interactive content, and text provided by SG Consultancy are the exclusive intellectual property of SG Consultancy. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access this content for personal, educational purposes. 3. Pricing and Payments All course fees are listed clearly on our website in INR (₹). We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway. By initiating a transaction, you agree to Razorpay’s terms of processing. SG Consultancy does not store your credit/debit card details.

4. Code of Conduct When interacting in live classes, forums, or Q&A sections, you agree to maintain professional and respectful behavior. Harassment, spam, or abusive language will result in immediate termination of platform access without a refund.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or platform usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
