Effective Date: 5th July 2026

1. Cancellation by the Learner

• Self-Paced Courses: You may cancel your enrollment at any time; however, access to the course will be revoked immediately upon cancellation. Refunds for cancelled enrollments are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.

• Subscriptions: If you are enrolled in a recurring billing subscription, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop future billing, and you will retain access to the learning materials until the end of your current billing cycle.

2. Cancellation of Live Sessions or Cohorts If you have enrolled in a live cohort or scheduled session:

• You must cancel your seat at least 48 hours prior to the start time to be eligible for a full refund or credit transfer to a future session.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund.

3. Cancellation by SG Consultancy SG Consultancy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule live classes, webinars, or cohorts due to unforeseen circumstances or instructor unavailability.

• In such events, learners will be notified immediately.

• You will be offered the choice of a full refund (processed within 5-7 business days) or free enrollment in the rescheduled session.
